The Institute has twenty-four qualified internal auditors who assist in monitoring the processes through scheduled audits and follow-ups. Implementation of Quality Management System is consistently monitored through internal audits so that it provides positive results to KIST. Surveillance audit is done once in a year. Since one of the main objectives of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is customer satisfaction, it is vital that all staff understand customer needs, and are able to work towards satisfying these needs through customer satisfaction feedbacks.
