HUMAN RESOURCE SECTION.

Within KIST support arm is the human resource section. It is under the Administration Department and is headed by the Human Resource Officer who is registered a member of IHRM.

The Human Resource Office is in charge of BOG staff (both teaching and non-teaching) and has a total of 120 staff.

Our core functions are:

  • 1. Staffing (Recruitment and Selection),
  • 2. Training and Development,
  • 3. Compensation,
  • 4. Safety and Health,
  • 4. Employee and Labor Relations.

Our aim is to acquire, develop, maintain, motivate, and retain the right people with the right skills to achieve KIST Quality Objective.
